What a tough loss for the Astros as they go down in 12 innings to the Miami Marlins. It was a good game and i have to admit i stayed up for all 12 innings and to see this team play some good ball was refreshing to say the least. Jed Lowrie had the only 2 errors for the Astros and they turned into the 3rd and 4th runs for the Marlins but other than that it was a good game. Jed Lowrie was playing error free ball all season and his first two came at a bad time. I like to see how this team battled back but what is wrong with JD? His swing has developed a stall and his striking out alot more because of it that split half a second hesitation is the difference between a hit and a miss. Don't mistake this loss as a bad one they loss to a team that has won 9 of their last 10 and have started to look more and more like a playoff team, not at all like they looked in the beginning of the season.
