This is a photo of the statue outside the ball park in Arlington behind home plate entitled "Rangers Fans". It is a tribute to Shannon Stone a firefighter who lost his life at this very same ball park trying to secure a home run ball for his son.Shannon was leaning over to get the ball when he fell to his death in a freak accident while his son watched it from the stands. The statue shows Shannon and Cooper Stone looking at each other probably talking about there beloved Rangers while leaving a game. The statue in my opinion was a very classy move by the organization and will be something that Cooper will always have to remember his dad.
