Andrew Bailey, who was recently acquired this off season by the Bo-Sox, is starting the season on the Disabled List. Bailey will need surgery on his thumb and is not expected to be back until the after the All-Star break. This is a major blow to the Sox bullpen as Bailey was to fill the loss of Jonathan Papelbon.
This is going to make for a very interesting first half of the season in the A.L. East race! Stay Tuned...
